What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign up with username (jeevan.kuchipudi) - Says that it already exists
2. Sign in with username (jeevan.kuchipudi) - Says that it does not exist

What is the expected result?
Either the sign in must be successful or sign up must be successful for that particular username (jeevan.kuchipudi) i.e. there are two options only:
1. Assuming the username is already taken by someone, while trying to sign up, it should say that the username is taken. At the same time, if I try signing in with the same username it should proceed to the password page.
2. Assuming the username is not taken by someone, while trying to sign in, it should show an error saying 'couldn't find your google account'. And when I try signing up with the same username, it should allow me create an account with that username.

What happens instead?
It's not letting the user to do both sign-up or sign-in with the same username.
