OS: Windows 10 Touch device
Pre condition : Log in with valid credentials into Google drive and open Google Excel sheet

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open Google excel sheet and type any text in a row and click on 'Insert link' icon and apply link to the text.
(2) Now click anywhere in sheet and then tap/touch on hyperlinked text 
(3) Then go to file option and open new spreadsheet and navigate back to previous tab,observe
 
Actual: Row numbers column in Google excel sheet turns black
Expected: Row numbers column in Google excel sheet should be seen properly

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-60 series.

Note: 
1. Issue is also seen on Stable (build #65.0.3325.146),M-65 Beta (build # 65.0.3325.125) and M-67 (build # 67.0.3365.0)
2. Issue is not seen on Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS) and Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4) OS
