Unable to reproduce this issue on latest stable 65.0.3325.146 using Windows 10, Mac 0.13.3 and Ubuntu 14.04. Opened facebook.com and observed login page without any error

@Reporter: Please provide URL on which you are seeing this issue? Also please let us know on which version and on which OS you are seeing this issue. This info would help in further triaging of the issue.
