Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome 67.0.3363.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) Firmware Version Google_Samus.6300.276.0 Maximum speech speed for Select To Speak is not fast enough for some users; not as fast at ChromeVox. Please consider allowing for more speed selection.
