Issue descriptionDevice name:Samsung Note 8 From "Settings > About Chrome" Application version: Chrome 65.0.3325.109 Operating system: Android 7.1.1; SM-N950U Build/NMF26X URLs (if applicable): https://cdnadsp.advrtas.com/ads/advrtas/device-events-test.html Steps to reproduce: (1) Hit the page in Chrome on an Android device (2) Move phone - the output should update from the event values returned (3) Try the same URL with MS Edge on the same device. The device motion and device orientation events send proper data. Expected result: We expected the devicemotion and deviceorientation events to send proper motion and orientation data when viewed on a secured website Actual result: The events are not reporting actual motion or orientation data. They are actually returning zeros for their event values when viewed on a secured website. This started after the latest update, Chrome 65. Devices on Chrome 64 are working just fine

I have the same issue on Lenovo tablet with Android 5.0.1 and Chrome 64.0.3282.137 and on Point of View tablet with Android 6. On Galaxy S4 with Android 5.0.1 and Chrome 64.0.3282.137 there are no issues.

Do the events contain 0 or null? This is probably issue 805146 for which a fix has been merged to the Chrome 65 branch but will not be released until the next respin.

We get null values for acceleration and rotationRate, but we do get values for accelerationIncludingGravity.
