Incorrect line break in description of incognito mode

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.146 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable russian chrome interface localisation. 
2. Open Incognito mode.
3. Frase "вашему системному администратору;" not in one line with break.

What is the expected behavior?
Frase "вашему системному администратору;" in one line.

What went wrong?
Frase "вашему системному администратору;" not in one line.

Did this work before? Yes A long time ago...

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3325.146 and on the latest chrome version 67.0.3364.0 using Windows-10 and Mac 10.12.6. As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3110.0) considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged.
Note: Issue is not seen on Ubuntu 14.04
