[Nyan_Big] External display is not working with DisplayLink docking satation.

Chrome Version: 10452.2.0/66.0.3359.10
OS: Chromeos
DUT: Big

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to the big device.
(2) Try to connect any external display using USB TypeA HUB.
       Tested HUBS: DELL DisplayLink M4TJG, STRONGER USBC DOCK
             


What is the expected result?
External display should work.


What happens instead?
External display is not working. 


Note: HUBs are working fine with other chromeos devices.

Note:
1. This issue is specific to big device, I am not able to reproduce this issue on Pit device.

2. This issue is not a regression, I am able to reproduce this issue on M65_10323.46.0_nyan-big.

Status: WontFix (was: Untriaged)
Nyan doesn't support displaylink, and we can't support it.
