Simple test page causes a lot of CPU usage

With a box-shadow that has a spread of 9999em (close to 160000px) this seems more likely to be a paint/compositing issue.

WontFix, or cap the size of the shadow spread? Thoughts?

My vote is WontFix, but maybe there's a DNS angle here.

I don't think we should prevent malicious markup from consuming CPU (e.g., xml bomb) but it would be nice for it to not happen if you typo a box shadow spread. That said, I can't reproduce this at ToT. I tried disabling gpu, etc. Can anyone reproduce this?
I hung for me on some build of ToT, but I think it was debug.
