Unexpected behaviour when setting position:relative for the body tag

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.146 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://jsfiddle.net/sectioni/y4o75xv3/13/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. go to the url 2. resize the html preview pane so it becomes smaller What is the expected behavior? You will not see any green area when shrinking the html preview pane. What went wrong? The outer div (green) should shrink / grow according to it's content. It doesn't do that when body has position:relative. In Firefox the issue does not occur. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Thanks for filing the issue! Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 65.0.3325.146 and on the latest canary 67.0.3364.0 using Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.13.1 As the issue is seem from M60(60.0.3072.0) considering it as Non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. And requesting someone from "Blink>Layout" team to have a look into it and help in further triaging the issue.
