Builder Metrics missing for ChromeOS swarming builders.

These metrics exist for most ChromeOS builders, and we are starting to use them.

However, they don't seem to exist for our swarming builders, such as "swarm-cros-0".

We'd like to have them.

So.... is there something we need to do to get them enabled? Or are they available in a different location, somehow?
