Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. I was following the Chrome DevTools tutorial for CSS, for the Color Picker, having run through each task in order. 2. Accessed Color picker 3. Clicked on a pixel with it 4. It slides off to another pixel, often a blue or white one. Most often to the right, but sometimes in another direction. 5. I tried lifting my mouse up so that the optics couldn't detect movement. Even then, onclick it did it. Refreshing the page stopped the problem. What is the expected behavior? Mouse cursor remains on clicked pixel and selects that color. What went wrong? Mouse cursor in Color Picker shifted to adjacent pixel. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

reveurgam@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Mac OS 10.12.6 and Windows 10 on the reported version 64.0.3282.186, latest Stable 65.0.3325.146 and Canary 67.0.3364.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the steps mentioned above. Clicking on a color pixel in color picker, the color is selected and couldn't observe any shift to the adjacent pixel. Attached is the screencast for reference. Request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..

I did try to reproduce it, both before and after posting the issue, and updating to Chrome 65, but was unable. I'm wondering if it may have been because of playing with the various features taught about in the tutorial. I didn't report it, but I also had an issue when I was playing with the box shadow in DevTools. The interface worked for a while then suddenly stopped, and the shadow disappeared. I don't know why. It was resolved by refreshing, too.
