Remove outdated dependencies from cups-filters configure script

The cups-filters package has a number of outdated dependencies which seem to be left from when cups-filters was once a part of the cups project.

It seems that most of the build configurations were simply copied over from cups, so there are some unnecessary dependencies.

cups: patch out excess libraries from `cups-config --libs`

cups-config should only be advertising -lcups.
