VR Assets increase Blink memory usage

Issue description

For whatever reason, using the VR browsing assets instead of the fallback ones increases Blink memory usage by ~70 KB. This is the main contributing factor to the ~83.3 KB regression between fcde2906f4890b7f2d68a9a81d04ecc20de57fe5 and 38e8b1469e3d81557a9496540bce6c303dac8701.

VR assets shouldn't affect Blink at all, so either we're doing something wrong or the metric is accidentally including non-Blink memory usage.
