(1) copy a URL
(2) Trying to paste URL in address bar fails

What is the expected result?
Paste should work
What happens instead?
Paste is grayed out

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 65.0.3325.146 using Windows 10 with steps mentioned below. Navigated to google search results page, selected copy link address from context menu and selected paste option from context menu in omnibox -- able to paste successfully. @Reporter: From the screenshot it is seen that cookies are blocked. Could you please check the issue on fresh profile which do not have any apps/extensions. This would help in further triaging of the issue. Thanks!
