OS: Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to http://www.engineerhammad.com/2015/04/Download-Test-Files.html
(2) Click on any file to download and then cancel it from download shelf.
(3) Observe icon of canceled file.

Actual: Icon of download file is vanishes after Canceling it.

Expected: Icon of download file should not vanishes after Canceling it.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M64' and providing the bisect results using per-revision script :
Good Build : 64.0.3260.0 (Revision : 514067)
Bad Build : 64.0.3261.0 (Revision : 514329)

You are probably looking for a change made after 514121 (known good), but no later than 514122 (first known bad).
