FEATURE REQUEST: Automatic deletion of Cahce and others during close app

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. While close app
2. delete all unnecessary files from chromium browser
3. finish close app

What is the expected behavior?
1. While close app
2. delete all unnecessary files from chromium browser
3. finish close app

What went wrong?

Components: -Internals>Network>Cache
Removing the cache label - the cache is deliberately persisted between sessions, to reduce network usage.  If apps want an option to automatically clear their cache on close, that's not a cache issue.
