Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 65.0.3325.74, on latest stable 65.0.3325.146 and on latest canary 67.0.3364.0 using Mac 10.13.3,Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 10. Same issue is seen from M-60. Hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking as Untriaged. Thanks!

The issue is that we don't currently parse forms that have less than 3 fields. rogerm@ is thinking about enabling Autofill on smaller forms. |
