Tested on latest Canary #67.0.3363.3 using Pixel Android 8.1 and Samsung S7 Android 6.0.1 and not able to reproduce the issue by following the below steps: 1. Launched Chrome. 2. Navigated to the URL - https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/888748 3. Scrolled to the bottom of the page. 4. Observed that page is completely loaded. 5. Also tried by varying the Text Scaling in Chrome settings >> Accessibility and expanding the menu's with in the page, which didn't help in reproducing the issue. marcin@ -- Could you please let us know if we have missed anything. Also, please try by updating your Canary to latest version. If the issue is still reproduced, please share the logs of your device. Attached the screen cast for reference. Thanks in advance.

This looks similar to the clipping issues we've seen with RLS and SPv175 that should be fixed in ToT and 66 branch. skobes@, do you know the bug #? I think we can dup this
