Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to network panel
2. Click on a JS resource

What is the expected behavior?
I expect to be able to set a breakpoint from this UI. Or, at least be able to open the file in Sources, where I can set breakpoints.

What went wrong?
Not possible.
