The list of used JS can't be scrolled down to the bitter end using "Network" option of Browser

Issue descriptionChrome Version (from the about:version page): Google Chrome Version 63.0.3239.108 (Official Build) (64-bit) Is this the most recent version: No OS + version: Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64-bit Window manager: URLs (if relevant): Behavior in Linux Firefox: Not reproduced Behavior in Windows Chrome (if you have access to it): Not reproduce What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open http://www.rollingstones.com/ (or any other web site with a lots of JS) (2) Press F12 (or Ctrl+Shift+I) (3) Chose "Network" option (4) Chose "JS" option (5) Refresh the page (6) Try to scroll down the list of JS What is the expected result? Expected result: The whole list of used JS is shown. The list of used JS is scrolled to the bitter end. What happens instead? Actual result: The whole list of used JS isn't shown. The list of used JS isn't scrolled to the bitter end. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot and backtrace if possible. The opportunity to see the all list of Used JS is absent. It can be a problem for the software development and debugging process. For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu page at the end of this report.

rudenko.main@ Thanks for the issue. Tested this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 and Windows 10 on the latest canary 67.0.3364.0 and Stable 65.0.3325.146 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the steps given above. Can observe that the scroll bar is seen till the end of the JS list. Attached is the screen shot for reference. Request you to retry the issue by updating Chrome to the latest Stable version and update the thread with the observations. Thanks..
