What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)turn on computer by lifting lid or power button
(2)try to type in password
(3)That's when everything on screen freezes for a good 30 sec or more and then things get unstuck and everything works fine. This happened after an update a few months ago, and i'm still trying to figure it out. This happens even when I turn the internet off, the sticking at sign-in after powering on.

What is the expected result?
would like acer chromebook 15 CB5-571 to start up quickly and not get stuck at sign in for some time
What happens instead?
I turn on computer by lifting lid or hitting power button. Most of the time my name and the blinking cursor comes up, BUT when i go to type in password, the cursor sticks and everything on the page sticks. I've tried turning off the internet to see if this is causing it, but the sticking for 30 sec or more still happens. After the 30 sec. wait, things get unstuck and everything works fine. This happens on all the channels, even after power washing and the use of the recovery tool. In those cleanings, the "Welcome" screen even sticks for some seconds. I have been trying to fix this for some time and have posted issues. I see on the chromebook community that a year ago, people have had the same problem, but I didn't see any fixes. I have turned off or uninstalled extensions too to no avail. I have attached a debug-log file for you to see. I don't know if it's anything you need. Please help if you know what the sticking at sign-in is.
