Please refrain from opening from opening 25 duplicate issues. What URI are you experiencing this on? Can you provide a memory trace? See https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/docs/memory-infra/README.md

hi Normally our user base has this problem using their normal daily URLS, such as as google docs, google mail x2 , any external site, with or without a google hang outs session. We have about 1500 people using google apps now after 6 months, this issue only started about 2/3 weeks ago, our IT service desk report 30 phone calls so far with people reporting this issue with either a memory error then their browser clsing down or their browser closing down without no warning. We have as requested the "memory-infra" scan and after 100% the Chrome browser session running the trace closed down all of sudden with no warning. We will try to re-run and get back to you The error code from the crash after the 100% Memory trace was: Local Crash ID 43fa4983-6a98-48b8-90d2-b3086e89f724 Crash report captured on Tuesday, 6 March 2018 at 17:46:22 was not uploaded Other crash's Local Crash ID 1fcb8726-9fad-4af2-8f26-61d927dcc1af Crash report captured on Tuesday, 6 March 2018 at 16:38:54 was not uploaded Local Crash ID 794dba6c-f5d3-44b7-8b4c-d161cc2da0e7 Crash report captured on Monday, 5 March 2018 at 19:05:52 was not uploaded Local Crash ID ec022675-7f73-4b77-a151-c9ce0b3409e1 Crash report captured on Monday, 5 March 2018 at 15:18:01 was not uploaded Local Crash ID 84c4e50b-2ae4-4cfc-a358-75f2b9cf0180 Crash report captured on Monday, 5 March 2018 at 12:12:31 was not uploaded Local Crash ID 8d3f57bd-3625-404f-8c18-7cf7d9476d7a Crash report captured on Monday, 5 March 2018 at 12:12:10 was not uploaded Local Crash ID 14e08dac-d7db-42ce-b17a-7b08b06ab30c Crash report captured on Monday, 5 March 2018 at 12:12:04 was not uploaded Local Crash ID dc7dd72b-85d7-4ce9-bd12-35842e5e9e9f Crash report captured on Monday, 5 March 2018 at 12:11:59 was not uploaded Thanks Paul

The local crash IDs don't give us any indication of the cause. If they were uploaded to our crash server they would have a server crash id and we might be able to see something from it. Out of Memory errors are hard to figure out. Have you tried disabling all extensions installed (as this tends to be a common place memory is leaked).

hi Our enabled extensions we have enabled are: Docs Google Docs Offline Managed Accept Languages Sheets Slides this is typical for our user base. We do use the google suite as our core tools, do you still want me to disable the extensions?, in our corporate environment with our user base this functionality is useful. We are getting a worrying amount of people reporting this problem now. Thanks Paul

If you are a gsuite customer you should likely open up a support ticket with them. Have any enterprise policies changed in the past 2/3 weeks? If you are able to reproduce it; trying to disable everything and seeing if that improves anything is a desirable approach. Also seeing if it reproduces in Chrome Canary, Dev or Beta is also helpful information. Chrome 65 should begin a phased roll out today so hopefully this is fixed in 65 for you.

Ok thanks for the advice, I will get back to you once the team has done some more testing and our project team raise a ticket with Gsuite. Yes Hopefully 65 is the solution, it will be easy then, fingers crossed. Thanks Paul
