(1) Navigate to https://hackernoon.com/how-i-hacked-40-websites-in-7-minutes-5b4c28bc8824 (other articles on this site have same issue) (2) Scroll past first few paragraphs What is the expected result? Article is readable What happens instead? Looks like a compositing issue.

I cannot reproduce on Win10 with the given site. I suspect we would have seen lot and lots of bug reports if this problem were widespread. What happens if you disable GPU rendering in chrome://flags?
