Notification does not draw animation when it is closed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Show non-ARC notification as a popup or on the message center
(2) Click or touch it (Sometimes two times is needed.)

What is the expected result?
The animation should be drawn and the notification is closed.

What happens instead?
The animation is not drawn and the notification is closed

Status: WontFix (was: Started)
ARC notifications do not draw this animations. So, this animations need not be drawn on non-ARC notifications.
