CCA: Delay from timer is applied to recording mode |

Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce: 1. Open CCA. Enter photo mode. 2. Turn on timer. 3. Switch to recording mode. 4. Start recording. Observed that the recording does not start immediately. Turning on the timer in photo mode also affects the recording mode. Expected behavior: Timer should not be applied in recording mode.
