Can you post the contents of chrome://gpu? Please try running with --disable-direct-composition command line flag and let us know if you can reproduce the issue. (https://www.chromium.org/for-testers/command-line-flags)
Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
As we are unable to reproduce the issue on latest stable 67.0.3396.62 and there is no response/Feedback from the reporter from so long time on comment#2 & #5 hence closing this issue and marking it as Won't fix.

@Reporter: Please feel to raise a new issue if there are any issues with chrome.

Thanks!
