Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue on Beta 65.0.3325.144 & Canary 67.0.3362.0 / .3

Prerequisites: Enable "Simplified View" from Chrome Settings >> Accessibility.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched the Chrome Browser.
2. Navigate to the URL: https://pclab.pl/news77189.html
3. S​elect Simplified view option shown at bottom
4. Scroll the article​ - displaying content from multiple articles​

Issue observing from M65, Builds before M-65 doesn't have Simplified View option. Hence Untriaged this and requesting Dev team to look into this.​

Chrome versions tested:
65.0.3325.144(Beta), 67.0.3362.0/ .3(Canary)

OS:
Android 6.0.1, Android 7.0.0

Android Devices:
Samsung S7, Samsung J7
