No data in simplified view

Application version:66.0.3362.0
Operating system:7

URLs (if applicable):allestörungen.ch/

Steps to reproduce:
(1)enable simplified view in settings
(2)open url
(3)open simplified view

Expected result:
simplified view is not available or contains data

Actual result:
no data

Tested on latest Canary #67.0.3362.0 on Samsung S7 Android 6.0.1 and Samsung J7 Android 7.0.0 and not able to reproduce the issue by following the below steps:

Prerequisites: Enable "Simplified View" from Chrome Settings >> Accessibility.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched the Chrome Browser.
2. Navigate to the URL: allestörungen.ch
3. Scroll the page by a bit.
4. Tap on "Show simplified view" option.
5. Observed that, page gets loaded.

it looks, that you have some cookies info on the allestörungen.ch and you should close it before opening simplified view

Verified by disabling the cookies as well. But, still not able to reproduce the issue.

Please refer the screen cast attached and let us know if anything is missing.

Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Similar behavior is observed since Chrome #65.0.3325.109

Prerequisites: Enable "Simplified View" from Chrome Settings >> Accessibility.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched the Chrome Browser.
2. Navigate to the URL: https://www.avanza.se/placera/forstasidan.html
3. Scroll the page up and down.
4. Tap on "Show simplified view" option.
5. Observed that "No data found" message" is displayed in simplified view.

Chrome versions tested:
65.0.3359.30(Beta), 66.0.3377.0(Canary)

OS:
Android 7.0.0

Android Devices:
Samsung J7

This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M65.  Untriaged for further input's on this issue.

1. This issue is not observed in Desktop.
2. Builds before M-65 doesn't have Simplified View option. Hence Untriaged this issue.
