[MacViews] Support nested buttons with VoiceOver

OS: macOS

Views sometimes uses nested buttons (see issue 814986 and issue 742538). On other OSs, screen readers support this, but on Mac the nested button is unreachable.

That said I think tapted@'s comment #3 in Issue 742538 is correct and Issue 814986 used the right approach. ellyjones@ WDYT?

Yep, #3 on 742538 is on the money - they should be siblings in the Views sense.
