This dictionary is far less complete (wrt to the ICC spec I guess?) than other ICC profile dictionaries (such as: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/testing/libfuzzer/fuzzers/dicts/icc.dict).

But this may be a good thing, since I built my dictionary based off what I saw in the ICC code when it was part of skia. I think this other dictionary contains many tokens that are not useful for skcms.

I'll experiment a little and see if I should use the other dictionary or some of its tokens.
