lumpy informational PFQ and lumpy PFQ failed at runcbuildbot stage

It failed starting from https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromeos.chrome/builders/lumpy-tot-chrome-pfq-informational/builds/27237 and also affected the lumpy chrome PFQ, see https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromeos/builders/lumpy-chrome-pfq

+jrbarnette: Richard, do you know the status of lumpy at this point? Can we remove it from all waterfalls? The waterfall in question here is an informational waterfall on the chrome side.

It also affects lumpy chrome PFQ, see https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromeos/builders/lumpy-chrome-pfq. Seems it has stopped running since Mar 1st.

We've stopped releasing for lumpy, stumpy, and a few other boards.  The
last supported milestone is M64.  Any non-branch builder that's having
problems should be turned down rather than fixed.

Hey pprabhu@, I can still see the lumpy informational PFQ on chromeos.chrome waterfall, see https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromeos.chrome/waterfall?reload=300, maybe it also needs a restart?
