An internal dashboard for notification-related data

This is just an idea from chat with Tetsui. We have better to prepare a notification dashboard, like chrome://notification-internals, which shows notification-related internal information and states.

That should be helpful not only for us to investigate issues but also for users to let us know the detail of issues.

This sounds like a great idea! If it proves useful on Chrome OS perhaps we could implement it on all platforms, wdyt Peter?

Is there a design doc for this?
