Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3362.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome 2. Closed and reopened browser out 3. Rebooted computer What is the expected behavior? The bookmarks displaying the logo. What went wrong? I'm not sure. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 67.0.3362.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: 28.0.0.161

Thanks for filing the issue!! Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 67.0.3362.0 using Windows 10. Navigated to chrome://bookmarks and observed URLS along with favicons. Attaching screenshot for reference. @Reporter: Did you check the issue by signing into chrome and by syncing? Does this happen with any other id as well? Also Please check the issue on fresh profile which do not have any extensions/apps. This info would help us in further triaging of the issue. Thanks!

As we are unable to reproduce the issue on latest stable 67.0.3396.62, canary 69.0.3447.0 and there is no response/Feedback from the reporter from so long time on comment#5 hence closing this issue and marking it as Won't fix. @Reporter: Please feel to raise a new issue if there are any issues with chrome.
