Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36 Platform: 64.0.3282.167 (Official Build) (64-bit) Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create a native printer in the Google admin console under Device management-->Chrome management-->User Settings 2. Logon to a chromebook & when try printing a test page 3. In the print options under Paper Size, the current default is set to na letter. This needs to be change to A4 because Toshbia photocopiers cannot handle letter format prints without prompting the user to change or select a paper tray that is set for letter format. What is the expected behavior? if this default papersize can be set to A4 in the Admin console when setting up the native printer or default to A4 on the chromebook. What went wrong? When the chrombook native printer is na letter and users try to print to a toshiba photocopier, the copier doesnt automatically print the page unless an option to print letter format prints as A4 (the the copier selects the A4 tray and the prints come out). if this default paper size for the native printer can be set to A4 or isoA4 then this will stop this issue. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.167 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Users can change the default page size to A4 and this prints come out ok on the copier but users need to remember to change this option everytime they logon to the managed chromebook in our environment. If this can be set to A4 then this problem will not occur for our users who are mainly young school children in primary schools.

We're working on enhanced feature controls for CUPS printing. v1 will be b&w vs. color and duplex printing. Will be able to set restrictions and default. We can explore paper size as a v2.
