Steps to reproduce : 
1. Launch chrome. 
2. Goto any website (say www.amazon.in).
3. Tap on Omnibox > Tap on GLIF on keyboard.
4. Tap on Globe 
5. Scroll the languages upwards.
6. Tap on Done > Tap on X in GLIF screen.

Observed results:
Omnibox slightly moves upwards and grey patch is seen.

Expected results:
Omnibox should not move upwards.
