Issue description

Chrome Version: 67.0.3362.0 (Official Build) Revision bc0fc7083e5466f5227bc868c2543957672def9a-refs/heads/master@{#540777}(32/64 Bit)
 	
OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to above URL, and observe.

Actual: Web-page is not rendered properly.

Expected: Web-page should be rendered properly.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-66 series, Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good Build:66.0.3334.0(Revision:532208)
Bad Build:66.0.3335.0.0(Revision:533164)

You are probably looking for a change made after 532238 (known good), but no later than 532239 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

This is https://security.googleblog.com/2017/09/chromes-plan-to-distrust-symantec.html , as shown in the DevTools console.

This is rolling out in Firefox Beta ( https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1442075 ) , although the latest status is it will be enabled a few days after Chrome Beta releases.
