Text on the space key in VK overflows

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS aarch64 10323.47.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.110 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10323.47.0 (Official Build) dev-channel scarlet test

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable on-screen keyboard
2. Change input method to "Google Japanese Input(for Japanese keyboard)
3. Start on-screen keyboard

What is the expected behavior?
All wording under on-screen keyboard should be normal

What went wrong?
Words "Google Japanese Input(for Japanese keyboard)" under space key are overflow

Please help to revise title summary: Characters under on-screen keyboard space key are overflow while select "Google Japanese Input(for Japanese keyboard)"

I confirmed that text on the space key overflows, but not is seen as chopped.
If overflowing itself is WAT, is this issue a duplicate of  issue 799386  ?
Verified pass on R65-10323.58.0.
