What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build>> Connect to Network and sign-in to a user 
(2)In Sync setting overlay, try clicking on 'Review sync options following setup' and observe

Expected: Should be able to check/uncheck the checkbox when clicked on 'Review sync options following setup' 
Actual: Unable to check/uncheck the checkbox when clicked on 'Review sync options following setup' and need to click always on the checkbox

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M67
