Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Place chrome in additiol screen and maximize it. 2. Start youtube or any other online video. 3. Maximize the video. What is the expected behavior? The video have to cover all screen. What went wrong? There is uncovered border on top and left Did this work before? No Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: The bug is running only when browser maximized
