What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, Navigate to NTP and open devtools
(2) Now go to 'Sources' section and click on 'File system'
(3) Now click on 'Add folder to work space' and add folder by allowing it and right click on it and select 'search in all files' option,observe search box
 
Actual: Close button 'x' is not seen in search all sources search box at first instance even when text is present
Expected: Close button 'x' should be seen in search all sources search box at first instance even when text is present

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-60 series build #60.0.3072.0

Note: Issue is also seen on Stable (build #64.0.3282.186),M-65 Beta (build # 65.0.3325.106) and M-66 Dev (build #66.0.3355.0)
