oh im developing a hybrid app so test with a hybrid app instead of a normal chrome browser please. Most important condition is -webkit-column-width must be set to device width and the number of columns should two or more (ex. -webkit-column-count : 3)

This is a feature request about rectangular selection or selection on visual order. Please file a bug in https://github.com/w3c/selection-api/issues for your desired behavior.
