some embedded elements in twitter make next twits to be hidden or flickering

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/67.0.3361.0 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Any twitter timeline Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open https://twitter.com/googlechrome 2. Slowly scroll down to the twit as of 4 Oct 2017 (embedded post) or 6 Jun 2017 (embedded video) and a bit below them. What is the expected behavior? All next twits are visible and stable. What went wrong? Some ext twits (1-2) are hidden with big blank space or flickering, till more scrolling down. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes At least 66.0.3355.0 dev (64-bit) is OK now. Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 67.0.3361.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: 29.0.0.113

Landed in 67.0.3360.0 Tangentially related: scrolling the page makes all video images flicker their black placeholder background, which looks really bad in all versions of Chrome. There's no such flickering in Firefox.

Tested this issue on Mac OS 10.12.6, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 on the latest Canary 67.0.3361.0 and able to reproduce the issue by following the steps mentioned above.
