Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any video in youtube.com, 
2. then while its streaming in progress open new tab and 
3. trigger clear history(clear data), while this clearance in progress go to video streaming page
4. which can notice video streaming fine 
5. Check history(Ctrl+H), nothing would list there though video streaming on the other works fine till its length.

What is the expected behavior?
I think video streaming needs to be stopped on full 'clear data' operation.

What went wrong?
Video streaming continued though history(Ctrl+H) lists nothing/empty.
