Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable Chromevox.
2. Alt+F, up arrow to help, press right arrow, and enter on about.
3. Attempt to read the about page with Search+right arrow.
Expected: The items under about would be readable by Chromevox.
Actual: These are not readable, and I am unable to see if they come up at all. The only items I can navigate to with Chromevox is the search box, the main menu button, and not much else. When pressing the main menu button, I see some options, but pressing enter or Search+Space won't activate any of the options. Also, navigating to settings in the menu causes the same behavior where only the main menu and the search box is focusable.
