Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use Amazon Basics Mouse MSU0939   ASIN : B005EJH6RW
2. Scroll wheel works for a while - then freezes
3. Removing USB from computer and reinserting makes the scroll wheel work for a while then freezes again

What is the expected behavior?
Scroll wheel worked perfectly until upgrade to this stable version: 64.0.3282.167 (Official Build) (64-bit)
