Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click on Adwords to Webpage
2. Webpage opens in corresponding native app if you have it installed
3. Click back to "Chrome" using native IOS back feature in upper left
4. Back on Chrome, chrome displays "Cannot determine file size"

What is the expected behavior?
The webpage is rendered instead of Chrome trying to download it as a file.

Chrome is trying to download the webpage as a file
