Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSjp2rZejR0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Just try to play a video on YouTube or watch a show on Netflix. 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? Video plays but no sound What went wrong? No sound! Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Contents of chrome://gpu: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B7xk-hvhG2I This just happened within last few days. Have reinstalled Chrome and Adobe Flash Player. Today, the photos on Facebook were blurry. Related. Spent a couple hours on phone with Dell before determining it's a Chrome problem and not PC issue especially since there was no problem in Edge.

Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version 64.0.3282.186 using Windows-10 with steps mentioned below: 1) Launched chrome reported version and navigated to URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSjp2rZejR0(as provided in comment#0) 2) Both audio and video are working as excepted @Reporter: Please find the attached screen cast for your reference, try to test this issue by creating new person with no apps and extensions in it and let us know if the issue still persists. Attached are details of GPU. Thanks!
