Signing out warning for managed accounts doesn't state all windows will be closed

Project Member Reported by carlosk@chromium.org, Mar 2 2018

Issue description

While following a techstop guide to try and solve another issue, I was asked to sign-out of my Google account. I was presented with a window warning me that as my account is managed by google.com my "bookmarks, history, passwords, and other settings" will be wiped from the workstation but would still be stored with my account. All seemed good...

But what it completely missed stating was that *all my currently open windows and tabs* would be summarily closed. You can imagine my surprise and frustration... In hindsight it of course makes sense that it works like that but that wasn't clear communication to the user and this message should be improved.

Hey Owen, you seem the know this code well enough can you drive the discussion with UX whether we want to make the proposed change?
