In LayoutTests/animations/interpolation we have tests of various properties, many of which have identical test value expectations. We shouldn't need to duplicate all of these test values for properties which accept the same value types.

For example, obvious merges would be properties that accept 1 to 4 length value types like margin, padding, border-width.
