A4 print preview mismatch

Issue description: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.open attached file in 63 version 2. set print 3. A4, portrait, scale 100, margin default, uncheck header and footer check only background graphics 4.it will show only one page. 5.With same setting open in 64 version you will get different one. What is the expected behavior? Different Layout What went wrong? A4 size fixed i think. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.108 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Thanks. I won't be able to work on this any time soon, unless I get a stripped down testcase that doesn't depend on a huge style sheet.
